The owl does not worry at standing out among the bright flowers of the field. He knows only that they are sweet and bring with them the possibility of food, water and maybe even a little play! He is living WILD.
Living WILD is not being savage or untamed, rather it is living out your true nature. Freeing yourself from the perceived limitations of others (and yourself- if we are being real). It is listening to that voice in your head and your heart that leads you to joyful things. Living WILD is living in a way that supports your authentic, natural self - And yes, even if that means laying in a field of brightly colored wild flowers!
When you can begin to accept who you truly are and what brings joy to your life, then you can begin to let go of that which does not. The things that lower your vibrations, bring up emotions of anxiety, or wear on your physical self causing disease and illness. Often times these symptoms are the culmination of years of fighting against who you truly are meant to be.
Just as the owl pauses to ponder, you can heal by going within along your own path too. When you go inward to reveal your true self you allow the release of that which should not be, you create a space within and allow yourself to expand beyond. And that expansion into your unique being brings calm & peace - it brings SERENITY!
To achieve the calm & healthy state of SERENITY you must first find your WILD self! 1:1 coaching sessions with a Nurse Coach can help guide you through the process of identifying where you feel disconnected from your life or your health & wellness. How to build a plan for change. And help bring accountability to the process. (The cheerleading isn't bad either!)
Looking for more than coaching? Help yourself grow and let go of limitations to improve your health & wellness and achieve a higher level of life satisfaction. These are options that offer a mix of Nurse Coaching (both 1:1 & group), holistic wellness education and focused learning modules. In addition to access to a community of like minded individuals also striving to live WILD!
"to know what that true self is without social pressure is to know your true nature."
"Self care is different for everyone. You don't have to be a vegan eating, yoga doing, meditation practicing, buddhist. Self care is simply making time for yourself to do the things that make your soul shine. Whatever those things are."
you either walk inside your story and own it or you stand outside your story and hustle for your worthiness
